Dallas Varney provides the strategic vision and operational command that underpin SSX Group’s growth and market credibility. A former member of the Victoria Police Special Operations Group (S.O.G.), Dallas brings elite tactical experience to the corporate environment—translating high-pressure decision-making into commercial strategy, risk leadership, and operational performance.
With senior leadership experience at Toll Group and an extensive MBA, Dallas has instilled a performance culture across SSX Group—anchored in discipline, professionalism, responsiveness, and measurable client outcomes. His direct engagement with clients and delivery teams ensures execution aligns with expectation, every time.

Melissa Mannen oversees the financial integrity of SSX Group with precision and diligence. With a background spanning finance operations across the USA, UK, and Australia, she brings a global perspective to financial control, compliance, and reporting.
Since joining SSX in 2018, Melissa has led the finance function with a sharp focus on transparency, audit readiness, and client-facing accountability. Currently advancing through CPA accreditation, she supports both executive decision-making and client assurance through accurate financial governance.

Joel Holmes leads SSX Group’s business development function with a focus on strategic partnerships and client lifetime value. With a professional foundation in engineering and operations recruitment, Joel understands the commercial dynamics and operational pressures faced by facility managers and procurement teams.
Since 2020, Joel has been instrumental in expanding SSX’s integrated services portfolio—building strong, retention-driven relationships through authentic engagement and solution-focused delivery models, while pursuing his personal interest in electronic security innovation.

Luke Buxton
Operations Manager | SSX Group NSW
Luke Buxton is operations manager at SSX Group, providing strategic oversight across security and asset management portfolios. With a background in counter-terrorism as a NSW Special Operations Police Bomb Technician, Luke applies disciplined methodologies to risk assessment, threat mitigation, and asset protection.
His prior roles include managing national security operations for Cue Clothing. At SSX, Luke plays a critical leadership role, engaging directly with clients and contributing to service planning frameworks. His operational heritage underpins SSX’s assurance of compliance, control, and performance integrity across critical environments.
